30-enquiry guarantee for your first campaign
For the first advertising campaign of our initial collaboration, we guarantee at least 30 qualified photoshoot enquiries within 28 calendar days of the actual campaign launch under your booked Focus, Starter or Business Pro marketing package.

Qualified means a genuine enquiry relevant to the advertised campaign, from the agreed region, with a name and reachable contact details. Existing clients may also count. Spam, tests, obviously false details and duplicate enquiries do not count. The guarantee covers enquiries, not appointments, bookings or revenue.
How we deliver the campaign together:
- Your images: Before campaign setup, you provide 25–35 professional photos relevant to the photoshoot theme in suitable formats. We may agree to fewer images in text form. You secure the necessary usage rights and consents for the agreed advertising use.
- Our implementation: ADON Solutions develops the concept, campaign terms and advertising content and handles setup and campaign management. You approve the content, offer and budget before publication. One consolidated revision round is included; statutory rights to remedy defects remain unaffected.
- Your image prices: You set these yourself. Our pricing recommendations are non-binding.
- Your advertising budget: You provide at least €20 of usable Meta daily budget in addition to the package price and generally pay it directly to Meta. The daily budget is not a fixed daily spending limit. Once we have demonstrably delivered 30 qualified enquiries, you may request a budget change, which we implement after coordination with you. The guarantee already fulfilled remains fulfilled.
- Your cooperation: You provide the necessary information, access, feedback and approvals on time and handle incoming enquiries yourself.
The measurement period may be extended under the guarantee conditions in the event of documented actual interruptions. A mere gap in cooperation does not automatically void the guarantee. ADON’s own errors are not held against you.
What happens if we do not reach 30 enquiries?
You may terminate the affected marketing package contract extraordinarily in text form within 14 calendar days after the end of the measurement period, for example by email to info@adonsolutions.de. If we provide the evaluation required for verification later, this period begins only when you receive it. Termination takes effect when ADON receives your notice.
We refund any separate onboarding fee agreed for your package and actually paid in full within 14 calendar days after this termination takes effect. Business Pro has no separate onboarding fee.
Monthly fees for periods up to termination, advertising budget already spent and legitimately incurred third-party charges are not refunded under this guarantee. Prepaid package fees for periods after termination are refunded proportionately.

What do I need to prepare for the campaign?
You provide 25–35 suitable photos and the details from the campaign plan. We use the images for advertising content and to build the landing page; you ensure the necessary usage rights and consents are in place. You also give us the required access to Meta Business Manager, answer questions and review the content for approval. ADON Solutions handles campaign setup and ongoing management.
When does the campaign start?
You tell us your preferred period, and we agree on the setup and launch together. Setup takes up to four weeks. We need your images, information, access and feedback in good time. The campaign launches after your approval.
When do the first enquiries arrive?
Based on our experience to date, our partners generally receive their first enquiries within the first few days after campaign launch. The exact timing depends on the offer, region and campaign and is not guaranteed. Enquiries are delivered by email or through the CRM connection agreed in advance.
Can I plan several campaigns across the year?
Yes. You can plan several campaigns for different offers and periods and prepare your year in advance.
