The quote
For larger jobs such as business photography or weddings, create and send the quote directly from the customer card. Your client can accept or decline online. When accepted, the card is marked “Quote accepted”.
The contract
Create a contract from the quote using a suitable template and send it for a digital signature. Once your client signs online, you receive the signed contract back. The customer card marks it as signed.
The reminder
If a client has not responded to a quote or contract, you can send reminders more than once. This brings the documents back to their attention and helps them keep track of a pending reply or signature.
The invoice
Create the invoice from the quote or contract without entering the details again. Send it directly to your clients through your connected sevDesk account and keep track of your invoices and their status.
